hey dude, i get what you mean, but it’s about supply and demand, y’know?

it’s like if the players clamor for a new skin, then it’ll eventually come. i don’t really see people getting up in arms about rumble skins or taric skins. people kept asking for a new udyr skin and i’m pretty sure there is a new one in the works.

riot makes skins that will make money, because that’s what the skins are about: making money off a f2p game.

they aren’t gonna make a new poppy skin because only a small percentage of the community will actually buy it. it’s just facts. why spend time and resources making something that you KNOW only 10% of people will buy, when you can make another thing that 40-60% of people might buy.

Why do junglrs go smiteless on their first run through the jungle?

You really only need it to help on red and blue and every time I jungle, you use it on blue and by the time you’re at red or half way through, it’s back up so you’re not missing out on it and by not using it on blue, you’re missing out on that extra gold.

So I have to be missing something here. What do you use the smite on if it’s not for the first blue?

The point is to clear faster. If you go smiteless on blue and then go directly to your red and smite that you can be more aggressive and gank faster, as opposed to if you did a more traditional clear.
